We've made some "cool" choices when it comes to ventilation, like a custom heavy and extremely strong heat sink, while also increasing the side panel gap to let air pass unrestricted underneath the amplifier – even at difficult mounting conditions.

Inspired by the near-perfect MAX series amplifiers, we decided there was one feature we just had to include in the MAD series amplifiers: the balanced differential inputs, which means less noise – and better sound. The powerful Class AB amplifier topology makes sure the A2-85.4 delivers both power and a smooth sound. This is a full range amplifier, so throw everything you got at it. ATO, automatic turn on.
SAFETY FIRST
If you're a bit trigger happy, things might take a turn for the worse. This is something you want to avoid at all costs, right? Just for this reason, we've introduced state of the art protection circuits. This minimizes the risk of DC, thermal, overloading and shorting issues!
